Our Ministries

Our goal is to partner with parents to nurture faith in our kids, to share the truth of God’s love, and to celebrate God’s active presence in our world. We are excited to see how our kids are growing in their faith each week!
The centerpiece of our ministry takes place Sunday mornings at 10:30am, when children begin with worship alongside their parents before exploring God’s Word in small age groupings led by our caring staff.
This ministry is complimented by a variety of special events, including Family Sundays (All-Church services to celebrate the Lord’s Table), monthly get-togethers, and an annual Family Camp Out.
pascov//students
Students are a vital part of our church. Together we walk with Jesus, becoming his followers and family along the way. Our mission is to create an experience where students are known, grown and launched into our world as passionate followers of Jesus. Our strategy is to cultivate peer and mentoring relationships that integrates faith into every aspect of our students’ lives. We meet on a weekly basis on Wednesday evenings.
Growth groups
The Word of God is living and active. In our Growth Groups, we gather with a small group of people who are committed to exploring the Bible without pretense. No one is an expert. We all come with honest questions as we seek God together. When we dig into the stories of Scripture, we discover that God continues to speak to us and spur is toward growth toward God and toward one another. There are a variety of Growth Groups which meet at different intervals - some as often as once a week and others meet once or twice a month.
Fellowship AND Formation Groups
Our fellowship gatherings are places for friendship, fun, and discovering gospel life more fully together. These are great adult entry points for connection and friendship. Each has its own focus, but there’s always love in these spaces. These groups include: Women’s Book Group, Men’s Book Group, Family Fellowship Group, Life Together 2.0
PEACE AND JUSTICE ministry
We are excited to see and be a part of the work that God is already doing to bring his goodness, mercy, and justice to our own neighborhood. We seek to build good, lasting friendships with our neighbors, while sharing the same goals, hopes, fears, and joys of life in Pasadena.
Our ministry team gathers monthly to listen, pray and plan. Most recently, in response to the economic recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our church in partnership with local organizations launched Mano a Mano, a monthly project delivering groceries to hundreds of economically-hit families in Pasadena.
cross-cultural ministry
We have an active and thriving partnership with various cross-cultural ministries locally and around the world. It is our desire that the love of God is shared with everyone, across racial, cultural, and economic lines. We directly support cross-cultural workers in more than 10 countries on 5 continents in such diverse work as church planting, farming, small business development, language instruction, and marriage and family support. Through these partnerships, as well as through occasional short term projects, our church community participates in God’s global mission.
